Finding an eye-liner that is both easy to apply and that lasts has taken me a while. Over the years I have used many different brands and I think I’ve finally found five that do the trick.
Me Me Me – EyeLine in the colour Clay
If you’re new to eye-liner and/or struggle to apply it without looking like a panda, this one is for you. I’d recommend not starting out with a black and rather a brown or grey because if it does go drastically wrong, it’s easy to fix. This eye-liner is easy to apply and has an affordable price of £4.
Rimmel London -Scandaleyes Khol Pencil in black
If you feel a bit more confident and you’re ready to brave into the big bad world of applying eye-liner, Rimmel have the perfect pencil which stays put all day. You can smudge it to create a smokey-eye look or you can build it up for a bold line. You can buy this for £3.99. This is a great dupe for Urban Decay’s 24/7 eye-liner, which sells at £14.
Charlotte Tilbury – The Classic Eye Powder Pencil in the colour Audrey
On the slightly more expensive side, at £16 – Charlotte Tilbury have this eye-liner, which is SO easy to apply and looks amazing. I got this as a Christmas present from my boyfriend (I don’t know how he knew but he knew and this is why he’s my boyfriend) and now I don’t think I can ever go back to anything else. So when I eventually run out, I’m going to have to dig real deep in my purse in order to re-purchase. This eye-liner is actually made for blue eyes, but I have brown and it still looks great.
L’Oreal – Super Liner, Perfect Slim in the colour Intense Black
If you’ve got your eye on a liquid liner, this is on the top of my list. It creates a really slim, precise line. This pen does take a bit of practice… so if you’re not used to applying eye-liner, I’d suggest setting aside some time to practice before using it for an actual occasion where you want to look cute. This is priced at £6.99.
Benefit- They’re Real Push-up Liner
This is a love/hate product. I personally love it but I think that’s only because I have taken the time to get used to how the pen works. This is the perfect liner for creating a thick line with a flick at the end. The colour is really intense. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who has never used eye-liner before! If you’re a pro, you’d get on well with this bad boy. This sells for £18.50.
