Attention to detail
Matthew 6:30 – “If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers – most of which are never even seen – don’t you think he’ll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you?”
This is one of those verses that we should write on our hearts. We need daily reminders of God’s perfect attention to detail. We worry about the simplest of things, forgetting that He has already thought them through. He has woven His plan and purpose in the smallest, tiniest little parts of our lives that we ourselves didn’t even know existed.
He’s a powerful, almighty and all-knowing God who doesn’t miss a thing. Forget your worries today – give them to the God who sees everything. Just as He cares for the wildflowers – how He plants, waters and let’s them bloom in their perfect time – He’s caring for you in your world. His attention to detail is more perfect than you could ever know.
Make the decision to remember the wildflowers that you can’t see. Remember how God pours His love and effort into the wild and then remember that you are so much more than just a wildflower, you’re His very own child that He knit together in your mother’s womb. Just imagine the amount of love and effort He pours into you…
