6 weeks of being married to Bradley Maybury has flown faster than I could have ever imagined. The wedding feels like just yesterday. Although flicking through the photos this afternoon to write this post made it seem like a distant memory that I wish I could grab onto with both hands. Thankfully we have beautiful photos that I can have on constant slideshow so that I never forget a moment (don’t worry, I’m kidding. I’m not that obsessed…).
Carrying on from last week, today I want to show you some of my favourite photos from the ceremony.
It was held at Flitwick Parish Church, just 5 minutes from my family home.
It wasn’t a long ceremony (lasting aprox 20-30 mins), as we didn’t want our gueasts to get uncomfortable bums and/or bored. My bridesmaid Carley and her husband sang and lead worship for us. I walked down the aisle to them playing Bloom by Paper Kites. We chose Cornerstone and Might to Save as our songs.
We asked my father-in-law, Mark, to give a reading from the Bible. He read Matthew 19:4-6.
Our pastors from Hillsong Oxford, Craig and Anna, both lead the ceremony. Anna had a word for Bradley and myself and Craig gave a short message and then married us!
The whole thing was simply perfect – everything I had imagined and more.
Our photographers were Hannah and Chrissy, The Lovely Photographers.
Our florist was my good friend, Charlie from The Flower Fairies.
My wedding dress was made by Hollie from The Wedding Workshop in Ampthill.
